Speaking from this point of view, this paper considers the relationship between the management of ABC Ltd and its employees. The first section of this paper will examine how ABC Ltd can integrate the concepts of psychological contract in the management its employees. The second section of section with communication approaches that can help this company improve communication between the management and the employees, while the third section will evaluate the importance of conducting appraisals and rewarding employee performance on a regular basis. The paper will conclude by highlighting a number of recommendations that ABC Ltd needs to put in place to enhance its relationship with its emplyees.

The ability of ABC Ltd to effectively function and as such, stand out in the market as a leading manufacture of air conditioning systems depends heavily on its ability to address the grievances that its employees have raised with regard to their workplace environment. One of the ways that this company can address such grievances is through integrating the concepts of psychological contract in its management of employees. In reference to Cullinane and Dundon (2006), psychological contract is founded on the reciprocal mutual relationship between employees and their employers. This is affirmed by Guest and Conway (2002) who observe that psychological contract involves a two-way exchange of promises and obligations between employees and their employers. Moreover, it is necessary to affirm that successful implementation of a psychological contract within a firm is based on mutual respect and trust, and can only thrive when the employer seeks to build a relationship with the employees. Importantly, there are a number of approaches that ABC Ltd adopt to integrate psychological contract in the management of its employees.
