One of the major concerns regarding this dangerous idea is the fact that it would enable people in certain regions to regularly receive rain while creating a platform for desertification in other areas, particularly those that have no access to this technology. Therefore, whereas the idea is revolutionary in nature, it could easily lead to conflicts in different parts of the globe as people fight for resources, in this case, rain water (Fleming 166). Therefore, there is a need for a cautious approach to its adoption and implementation.
