As it is at the moment, team members at this bank do not listen to each other, particularly between leadership and employees. However, by actively listening and providing objective feedback to each other, this bank will not only make its objectives clear but it also be in a position to address the problems it faces before they have a great impact on its operations. Secondly, this bank needs to encourage each member be supportive of each other as well as support the projects of the bank.  Note that the main objective of a team is to create synergy, which can only be achieved when team members support each other, as well as support the organisation’s mission and objectives.
